Springdale Homes is a division of Springdale Capital,
LLC, a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.
For
over 20 years, the principals of Springdale Homes have
helped revitalize Atlanta's in-town neighborhoods, including
the Kirkwood, East Lake, East Atlanta, Edgewood and
Grant Park areas. Their philosophy is to find a balance
between what is architecturally correct and what is
economically feasible; and combining the charm of an
earlier age with the convenience of today in each of
their homes.

Springdale
Homes is responsible for the renovation of countless
historic homes throughout the metro Atlanta area,
as well as the construction of many new, period-style
homes and communities throughout these neighborhoods.
Their most recent communities include Hawthorn Park,
located in Historic Kirkwood off of Rocky Ford and
Lane’s
Lane; Preston Place, located in the East Lake area,
off of 2nd Avenue; and Tilson
Ridge, off of 2nd Avenue.
